Day-of Coordinating
You can produce, direct, and star in your wedding, but you still need a stage manager. That’s me! Day-of coordinators take care of all the technical and communication details for the day of your wedding so that you can shine.
The name day-of coordinating is a misnomer, because I start working on realizing your vision right away by answering questions, offering experienced feedback, and preventing the surprises that can pop up as we get closer to your wedding day. The time frame for this service is usually 4-6 weeks, so I also sometimes call this month-of coordinating. Let your maid of honor enjoy every wonderful moment of your wedding day with you. Let me manage the room temperature, lighting, and finding that one last place setting for a surprise plus one.

Not to toot my own horn (toot toot!), but I am a great sounding board for ideas.
Maybe the planning timeline needs a bit of extra help, or the budget needs a reality check. Or perhaps finding the right vendors in Chicagoland has become a time-consuming challenge. Possibly there is a special project you have been working on as a surprise for your special someone, and you need an extra pair of competent hands for that last custom touch.
